• Proven experience as an Area, Multi-site, or Regional Manager within food or grocery retail.
• Track record of delivering sales growth and operational KPIs across multiple sites.
• Strong people leadership skills, with experience developing Store Managers.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to interpret data and act decisively.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the patch.

• Lead and support Store Managers across 8-10 sites, ensuring consistent operational standards.
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and cost control across the area.
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage store teams to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company policy across all sites.
• Analyse store-level data to identify trends and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Lead recruitment and succession planning for store management roles.
• Represent the area at regional and national management meetings.
• Manage stock control, shrinkage, and stockloss performance across the area.
