A Clear Brief
We start with a detailed conversation about the role, the team, and what success looks like. We'll push back if required at that initial stage, ensuring that we don't lose time on rounds of interviews based on a misaligned brief.
Search & Shortlist
We map the market actively rather than relying on who's currently looking. You'll receive a focused shortlist of candidates assessed against the brief, rather than a stack of CVs to wade through.
Interview & Offer
We manage the process end-to-end: scheduling, feedback, prep, and offer negotiation. Clear communication on both sides, every step of the way.
Aftercare
The placement isn't the finish line. We stay in touch with both client and candidate through the first few months to make sure the appointment lands well.

Our fees are charged as a percentage of the candidate's first-year remuneration, with the rate set according to the seniority of the role:
Senior Manager / Department Head: 15% to 18%
Director / Regional Director: 18% to 22%
VP / C-Suite / Managing Director: 22% to 25%
For contingency assignments, fees sit at the lower end of each band. For retained or exclusive search, fees sit towards the upper end. Contingency fees are payable on the candidate's start date and carry a 12-week rebate period, while retained fees are payable in instalments across the course of the search. Retained search is recommended for senior and confidential mandates.
Most searches run between 4 and 8 weeks from brief to offer. Senior and C-Suite appointments can take longer, as we'd rather get it right than rush a placement that doesn't last.
We never share a CV or speak to a client about you without your explicit permission. Senior career moves are sensitive, and we treat them that way.
No. We focus exclusively on permanent placements, allowing us to prioritise long-term fit over short-term gaps.
This varies by seniority, but most Senior Manager and Area Manager searches run 4-8 weeks from brief to offer. Director and C-Suite searches may take longer to ensure the right fit.
