The Person
- Proven experience in a Technical Director, Head of Engineering, CTO, or similar senior technical leadership role.
- Strong background in engineering, product development, technology strategy, or research and development within a relevant industry.
- Demonstrated success leading large technical teams and delivering innovative products or solutions at scale.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align technical investment and capability with business growth objectives.
- Deep understanding of modern engineering methodologies, technology platforms, and product development lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience influencing executive-level decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
